Elanor Hill is the owner of LR Finance (North West) Ltd
Elanor has extensive experience in the Mortgage and Insurance market and has seen the industry change and evolve significantly over this time.
Elanor works alongside a fantastic team and we all agree that customer service is at the very heart of our business. We always strive to find the most competitive products to suit each customer, acknowledging that lending criteria and customers circumstances are so varied, that there is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’.
In 2022, we celebrated our 25 year company anniversary!
LR Finance was established in 1996 and we had a great time celebrating with our fabulous team.
Matthew Halliwell
Mortgage Advisor
Matthew joined LR Finance in 2004. We can’t believe he has now been here for 19 years. He is a Mortgage and Protection specialist. He holds the MAQ (mortgage advice qualification).
Matthew prides himself on his friendly and personal approach to each client’s circumstances and enjoys helping people achieve their goals. Matthew is married with two children. We cannot believe that when he joined us he had no children and this year they are 16 and 18 in the same year – double celebrations. He can identify with clients that have a family, appreciating the day-to-day issues they face. This life experience helps when giving financial advice, as he can view things from both a financial and personal perspective. Outside of work Matthew enjoys keeping fit in general, regularly taking part in UK Triathlon events.
Janet Rodan
Mortgage Advisor
Janet holds the CeMap qualification (certificate in mortgage advice and practice) and joined LR Finance in 2014 after 23 years with the Halifax. Janet has loved the transition from using a single provider to having access to a comprehensive range of products from across the market. She enjoys making recommendations to LR Finance clients based on the products that will best suit their personal circumstances and needs, rather than having to offer products from one lender or one insurance company. Janet is our first Grandma in the office and she is definitely a glamorous Grandma to Harry and George.
Deborah Marcroft
Mortgage Advisor
Deborah joined our team in 2015 and has CeMap (certificate in mortgage advice and practice) offering advice in Mortgages and Protection. After completing her degree in business studies at Liverpool University she joined Matalan as a buyer. It was whilst buying her first home, that she became interested in a career as a Mortgage Broker. Deborah made her career changing decision in 2012 by beginning her study for CeMap She joined Nat West, advising and arranging mortgages and protection. She has enjoyed the transition from working within the limitations of a ‘high street lender’ to being able to offer our clients a wide range of mortgage and insurance products.
We have missed Deb in the office last year as she was off following the birth of her beautiful daughter Alissia but now she is back and looking forward to seeing clients old and new.
Gemma Pawlitta
Mortgage Advisor
Gemma holds the CeMap qualification (certificate in mortgage advice and practice) and joined LR Finance in January 2018. She is based in our office at the Regan & Hallworth Estate Agent’s on Library Street. She has over 20 years Mortgage and Protection experience and since joining us she has celebrated a beautiful wedding in Jamaica and the birth of her daughter Winnie who started school in 2022, where has that time gone!
